Why Anna Hazare is demanding a strong LOKPAL??? Is Congress misleading people???

Today meeting a Parliamentary panel to put forth their views on the Lokpal Bill, activist Anna Hazare and his associates demanded a new Bill and suggested the Standing Committee should reject the Government's Lokpal Bill draft.

Anna Hazare's team says the government has drafted a Bill that ensures the Lokpal or ombudsman has no real powers. In protest, Anna Hazare has said he is determined to begin a hunger fast on August 16 in the Capital.

Anna also says that "We are doing this for the public, for the country," "There is nothing in the Bill which has been introduced in Parliament. It is just a show off. It has been drafted just to tell people that we have a law to fight corruption. It will be of no use," Hazare added.

Despite of Hazare's protest the government has chosen to present its ministers' version in Parliament. And Anna Hazare has said he is determined to begin a hunger fast on August 16 in the Capital.

Every healthy Indian mind should support Anna as Congress and UPA want to put LOKPAL in dustbin and they are simply delaying the issue through various drama to mislead Indian people say critics of Congress.

Responding to Baba Ramdev who snubbed Rakhi Sawant on a reality show, Rakhi challenged Baba Ramdev to come to the Bigg Boss house along with her. Rakhi is sure that she would be able to seduce him when he comes face-to-face with her.

Baba Ramdev had some time back snubbed Rakhi Sawant for her confessions of love for him stating it as 'ochi baat'.

However, Rakhi came out in the open stating, “I challenge Swami Ramdev to come to the Bigg Boss house with me! Maneka bann ke main unki tapasya bhang kar doongi. I'm sure he will lose his virginity when he comes face-to-face with my adaayein.”

Rakhi hopes that Colors channel invites her in the Bigg Boss 5 as a wild card entry along with Ramdev this time!

Speaking to the Times of India, Rakhi also said that she doesn't like Baba Ramdev's beard and that she will make him go clean-shaven!

Jaya Prada defends Amar Singh, takes swipe at Bachchans

Amar Singh's close confidante, actress and MP Jaya Prada on Thursday warned that many will be in trouble if truth is revealed by the former Samajwadi Party leader, who is an accused in the cash-for-votes scandal.

Talking to reporters here, the Lok Sabha member said Amar Singh, who is in hospital due to poor health, had asked her and others to remain quiet, despite suffering himself.

"Despite being treated so badly and attempts being made to spoil his image, he maintained silence himself and also asked us to keep quiet. At the right stage, he himself will reveal everything," Jaya Prada said.

The actress broke down while talking to the media and expressed anger against both politicians and celebrities for not showing sympathy towards Amar Singh.

"On the disproportionate assets case, respectable Amar Singh supported Mulayam Singh... he did not even care about his life. I want to ask, if Amar Singh has become such a big enemy? Why has he not come, even for humanity (sake)...is he so afraid of the society and the politics?" she asked.

"The big celebrities whom he helped, he fought to get them land...the famous people, where are they?" Jaya Prada asked in an apparent reference to Amitabh Bachchan and his family.

Giving details of the ailing leader's health, she said: "(Amar Singh's) infection has reached the grafted kidney, how will the person live. He is having bleeding from his urinary tract."

Amar Singh was on Thursday granted interim bail till September 19 on health grounds by a Delhi court.

The 55-year-old former Samajwadi Party general secretary was granted interim bail by Special Judge Sangita Dhingra Sehgal. He was in judicial custody for nine days.

Amar Singh on September 6 became the latest high-profile politician to be sent to the Tihar Jail after he, along with two former Bharatiya Janata Party MPs, was arrested for alleged involvement in the attempt to bribe MPs ahead of a trust vote in Parliament in 2008.
